How LawLift handles account data

LawLift stores account, exam, job-application, CV, qualification, task, and support information needed to provide the dashboard service.

Information collected

This includes registration details, uploaded documents, exam answers, job application status, settings, support messages, and active-session records.

CVs and qualifications are stored privately and used for job matching and CV improvement notes inside the user account.

Email verification, password reset, and one active session per account are used to protect access and reduce account sharing.

Support messages are used to respond to requests and improve the product experience.
